Product Description |
The Columbia Women's Nevis Sandal puts a sporty spin on a traditional thong-style sandal. Unlike a traditional thong, the Nevis has a comfy toe loop made of stretch material for added comfort in a sport thong sandal. Columbia included a soft fabric lining and a cushy footbed to the Nevis and then coated it with a Serdia anti-odor anti-bacterial treatment to keep these sandals from getting too nasty. The Nevis wears more like a sandal than a flip-flop and thanks to the non-marking Omni-Grip rubber sole, the Nevis can also be used as a deck sandal.

Good buy! Quality is great!!

I purchased this sandal in black. It is a quality sandal and it is made very durable and comfortable. I love how this sandal feels on. It makes your foot feel very secure, without being uncomfortable. Some sandals have a tendency to get loose so your foot slides and almost hangs out of the sandal! Not these! I wasn't sure if I would like the toe loop thing, my first time wearing one, but it is good, and I like that my foot feels held in place, the material is very flexible and holds up well if it gets wet. So all this quality and comfort, but it still manages to look very stylish!
I would definitely recommend this sandal and am thinking about purchasing another pair in a different color!

Not Your Average Flip Flop!

| Sandal is extremely comfortable and fits your foot like a glove (so long as you buy the right size, of course!). The material that fits on the top and sides of the foot is form fitting. Very soft. Very well made. Stiching is well done. Attached to shoe very well.... no worries about it falling apart. Even if you aren't a fan of sandals that have parts 'between the toes'... you may be okay with this. It's soft and thin, and fits around your toe without feeling like you have a stick wedged between your digits. LOL! The material is toe-size friendly in my opnion...I think it would be form fitting yet comfortable for many different sized toes.....although, if you have abnormally larger toes I imagine that it might be a bit tight. I have average feet and have no problems with it. I do have a high arch, but these shoes are still A-okay. The slight wedge in the back of the shoe seems to help tremendously with that. FYI... I also had a pair very similar in material to these last summer and they turned out to be my favorite pair of sandals.... so much so that I wore them out! And I even walked around Disney World parks for a week straight without any foot pain. I've also owned both Columbia boots and sandals in the past, and I've been able to use them for just about any activity safely and comfortably.....eveything from hiking to mall walking. :) |
